Return Policy

Your statutory rights are not affected by our customers’ friendly Returns Policy. If Any provisions in our Return Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail. Moreover, the particular offending provision in the Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.

Returns (refunds and exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your item, please do let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you Five (5) days including the weekends to return back or exchange an item bought online with a valid payment receipt. If Seven days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a resalable condition.

Means your item must be unused and should be in the same condition as it was at the time you received it. The item must contain the original packaging and return with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.

To further complete your refund or exchange process, we require an original payment receipt or any other proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturers.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and is being thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receiving of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund process.

If you are approved through, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You can also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at for further queries.
